Find a reputable surgeon and check his credentials. Schedule the surgery. When you go in they draw lines on you before they put you to sleep. When you wake up, you are wrapped up. You get to go home and go back to the dr in a day or two.

It is very similar to breast enlargement, except of course tissue is removed instead of implants added. There is a long recovery period, as with any surgery. Be very careful in selecting a doctor. My sister-in-law had to have three reconstructive surgeries and implants to correct a bad breast reduction surgery.
