Anything and everything, from bad alignment, bent frame, significant body and drivetrain damage to destruction of a brake or fuel line. It all depends on the distance of the fall and what it lands on. Inspect the vehicle carefully for leaking fluids and use blocks when jacking so something like this doesn't happen again.

Besides the obvious damage to you, the car can take a bang to the axle or the wheel base. If either is hit, it's possible to slightly bend the axle. As a result, you should ensure the jack is stabilized before you do any work on your car.

most of the time there is no damage to the car unless you have taken off a tire or have parts hanging down. i suggest to check your suspension if you suspect damge but best choice is take it for a short test drive and listien for any strange noises.

It is very hard to say. They damage could be very minor to something as severe as frame or structural damage. You should have a professional look at it.

If it fell from very far the impact might not have been absorb by the suspension and cause damage to the sub frame, the suspension, or any other mounted components.
