The proper dosage for lortab is as follows for anyone that is over the age of 14: 101 pounds and over or 14 years and over = 1 tablespoonful (15 mL) This dose should be taken every six hours, but it should not exceed more than 6 doses per day

Lortab is acetaminophen combined with hydrocodone which is an opiate or narcotic. The dosage is dependent on numerous factors including the amount of acetaminophen that dosage contains (varies up to 750mg per pill) and the health of your liver. Given that acetaminophen can produce liver damage on its own, an overdose of Lortab can kill you. Consult your doctor.
