What is the height requirement for a police academy candidate?

In an effort to avoid charges of discrimination, law enforcement agencies did away with height requirements many years ago. The main concern is that the height and body weight be in healthy proportion and that the candidate "carry" himself/herself in a manner that demonstrates confidence and competency. While fitness is essential, brute force is not.

You would have to go to the police stationm in your town to find out, they can tell you what you need to know about becoming one. Just go ask and I think they can help you out with that question, or anyother questions you have. They can tell you everything you want to know.
