According to Homeland Securities/US Immigration Instructions for I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, OMB #1615-0038, effective through 12/31/10, the fee for filing the waiver is $465 plus an additoinal biometric fee of $80 for a total of $545. An additional $80 biometric fee is charge for each additional dependant.
