What is the easiest way to learn to speak other languages?

Practise and immersion. Going to the country and just living the say to day life there. This is far more efficient than any class. Its amazing how quickly you pick up vocab when you have no safety net to fall back on. You could try listening to the radio in this language.

Mingle with people who speak the language you want to learn, but can translate for you into your language. Observe the words, the speakers' actions, tone, and their facial expressions.

The easiest way to learn another language is to start at as young an age as possible and actually live in the country or an area where you will hear your chosen language being spoken a lot. Children whose families move to another country and go to the local school learn the language much more quickly than their parents.

Get a program for your computer,that shows you the words of the language along with the pronunciation,that allows you to self study. Then befriend a person who uses that language as their native tongue, so that you may communicate with them, and practice speaking it with them. Or use cards with the words around my house to practice daily.
