Interdigital infection in dogs is simply an infection between the toes and can be treated much as any other infections would be. First off, the dog should be taken to the vet for a round of antibiotics. Soaking the paw in epsom salts may work as well but a vet should look at it first to determine a possible cause.

You have to find out if this is pyroderma, granuloma, an infection caused by a foreign body, ticks, allergies or reaction to chemicals the dog has encountered, such as road salt or yard treatments. Without knowing that, I couldn't give any suggestions. You will need to see your vet for evaluation and treatment.

Treatments generally include both a topical and oral therapy. Cephalexin is generally used for 4-6 weeks, but because it can be hard for the antibiotics to penetrate, 30 days of oral antibiotics may be needed as well.
