The best thing you can do for the problem is to place hot compresses on it to ease the pain and make sure not to pick at it.

First exfoliate the area well with sugar/salt scrub. Rinse. Then, hold a warm wet washcloth to the area for 10 minutes or so. This will help open the pores and should allow you to gain easier access to be able to pull out the hair with clean tweezers. If this doesn't help you may need to see a dermatologist.

Place a warm washcloth on the area and let it sit. This surfaces the hair. Use tweezers or a needle to remove the hair. Ice the area when you're done.

You have to remove the hair. This can be done with a pair of tweezers (be sure to sanitize them first).
