As with any business the first step is Market Research. What type of psychology business do you want to run? Then you must figure out the costs of starting and running this business. Once this is done you must find out the average price for the service in your market!

Well, depending on the type of business you are geared towards, you'll have to get a business license. Then, if you are opening a clinic, you will need to hire the right staff. You will have to hire those that have received a higher education in psychology. Perhaps, someone with a PHD.

If you mean a professional practice of psychologists, research LLCs. Create a detailed business plan. This will require you to consider all aspects of the business, from licensing, insurance, rent, staffing, marketing, networking, advertising, etc.

You first have to be degreed and anyone who will be working for you have to have their credentials. You will then need all the licenses required and a comfortable soothing office in a nice neighborhood. You may want to advertise in the appropriate avenues and start by offering a nice discount or coupons with a percentage off.

This depends on the type of business.. Licensing is involved if you would like to do testing. If you want to do research, look for grants for funding.

First Psychology is a medical profession not a business. You'll need a medical degree and state license to practice. Then you'll need to write a business plan.
