This area starting from the west and moving eastward encompasses Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, all of northern Germany including the states of Bremen, Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein,Nordrhein-Westfalen, Niedersachsen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Berlin, Sachsen, and Brandenburg. The plain then continues into and covers all of northern Poland and merges into the Eastern European Plain in the area of Belaruss.

If you're asking for countries, those would be the northern half of Germany, most of Poland, all of Denmark and the Netherlands, and the Flanders region of Belgium.
