MLF stands for medial longitudinal fasciculus. The medial longitudinal fasciculus is a pair of crossed brain fibers which control the movement of the eyes. The MLF carries information about which way the eye should move. Obviously, any damage to the MLF is a serious situation and can result in limited eyesight.

MLF is short for Multilateral Force or Medial Longitudinal Fasciculus, but commonly refers to a sexually desirable older woman -- a "Mother" one would "Like" to "F___" (Anglo-Saxon copulatory vulgarity).
