Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome is a name and we can't separate the 2 terms Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome, A submicroscopic deletion on chromosome 16 identified in approximately 10 percent of affected individuals and mutation of this gene has been detected in about 40 percent of affected individuals. characteristic ,beaked nose,downward slanting palpebral fissures.
