This means running all of the the underground parts of the plumbing as well as what goes into the walls, the parts that are exposed are not done as part of this.

It is one of the construction work wherein the necessary water pipes,drainage pipes, and other vents like electrical tubings are installed before the concrete roofings setup and before the walls in and around the building are closed. The erected fixtures are to be tested before they are covered by plastering.
