It's a bit late now.. You should have done that before finishing the roof. Go to a specialized shop,buy some tools and don't hurry.

Make sure to use a waterproof caulk and place the top of the vent under the shingles. Be sure to caulk all nails that secure the vent to the roof.

Pvc passes through roof. A Rubber/aluminum shroud (boot) is put over the pipe. Shingle is then Put on top of the highest point and under the lowest
