What does endocervical/transformation zone component present mean?

I just recieved my pap results and have the statement on it that the endocervical/transformation zone component present, is this something to be concerned about?

The results of the PAP are generally sent to the physician for review and consider the overall picture. The results are not intended for lay people who do not have the knowledge to interpret the results. Contact your physician to assure that the results overall are normal.

Yes it is something to be concerned about. This means that cancerous cells are present and it could be cervical cancer. So take the report near a doctor and get yourself checked immediately.

There is nothing to be concerned about when you read this statement. All that it means is that the doctor got a successful smear.
