You need to find what your state or county's laws are. First, document all incidents clearly with time and date. Notify your Human Resources. Check with your local District Attorney on how to proceed, and report to the police if applicable. Above all, make sure YOU are safe.

Keep detailed records. Go to HR to advise them of the problem. If it continues, take all the information to the EEOC for review.

You contact another administrator in your place of business and report the sexual harassment to them. Then you can probably file a suit against the person harassing you. If the administrator does nothing about it, then you can go to a higher up in the company and file for a suit against the company if it gets really bad.

You first tell him to stop doing what he is doing. You then start to write down a journal on everything that is occurring as it happens. You then file a sexual harassment suit against the administrator with his higher up and show them the journal with the writing involved.

You would need to talk to a lawyer about it to find out. A lawyer can tell you what your legal rights are. But talk to a lawyer first. A lawyer is the best option for you, the lawyer can tell you what you need to do to help fix the matter.
