Change their diet. Usually pimples on dogs signify hypersensitivity to ingredients in the food they eat. Change their dry or wet dog food and NEVER feed them spicy human food.

Pimples on dogs can be from several different sources and you must identify the cause of the pimples before treating them. If your dog has pimples as a result of an allergic reaction from flea bites then the use of insecticides are recommended. If the source of the pimples are from a bacterial infection then an antibiotic is recommended.

It is a common practice to use witch hazel to dry out the pimples. Also using some sort of aloe based lotion helps with them scratching it.

Puppy pimples will clear up on their own. Make sure you use a ceramic or stainless steel food bowl, as plastic can irritate puppy chins.

Dogs don't normally have pimples like humans do, it sounds like your dog probably has some kind of skin allergy that is causing bumps on its body that look like pimples. Try to find out where the skin allergy is coming from. It could be the dog's food or something it has come in contact with recently.
