What could be causing my bulldog to limp?

I have examined him everywhere and can not find a sensitive spot or a mark on his paw, where else should I look?

Check the muscles on his leg and also the dorsal connections of those muscles. Pay close attention to his nails too.

Dogs can suffer the same type of injuries that a human can. He may have sprained a muscle, may have something stick in his paw or between his toes. His toenails might be too long on that paw so it is difficult for him to walk on that leg. Try feeling up his leg to see if he broke something.

Bulldog's are prone to hip problems and with the weight from the dog it can cause pain in joints. Also you should definately check with your vet before you let your dog do any strenius activity.

If the dog suddenly went running after something or jumped on or off the bed or couch he may have torn a ligament. Keep the dog from running or jumping for awhile and see if he feels better. Serious injuries require surgery.
