Breast pain may be associated with many possible causes leading to tenderness or pain in one or both of the breasts. Breast pain may be generalized into 2 types: a)cyclic breast pain ,usually associated with menstruation,due to natural hormonal changes. B)non cyclic breast pain due to pregnancy,breast feeding,infection,menopause,onset of puberty and use of certain medications.

Pain in the breast can be anything from hormonal changes ie, puberty, pregnancy,menopause,To cysts or premenstrual. Depending on age. Do a self breast exams first if you find anything see your Doctor.
