If an individual's property is being vandalized, they should report the incidents to their local law enforcement agency and request increased patrols in the neighborhood. If you witness such activity taking place, 'be a good witness'. Do not confront or threaten the individuals. This can result in serious criminal charges.

#1: Report to police. #2: Get a burgurlar alarm system--you'll sleep better at night. #3 Get neighbors alerted to the problem and work with them. Worse options include: burgular bars, but I think theycould be a fire trap. Or as a very last resort, you could move to safer neighborhood.

I would notify the proper authorities of the problem. Then I would install motion-controlled cameras and buy a guard dog. I would post signs detailing the consequences.

If you know who is doing it, then you can file a restraining order against them. If you do not know who is doing it, then you will have to improve your security and ask the police for someone to watch your property until they catch the culprit.

File criminal trespass and vandalism charges. Coming onto your property without permission is a minor crime. Deliberately damaging property is a serious crime. Have photos and cost estimates of damage and repair when you file the police report.
