What can I do if my 90 Eclipse headlights pop up but don't go down?

Well typically this means that either your headlight actuator is stuck or the motor has gone bad. Removed the whole assembly and see if is binding anywhere. Apply power to it to see if it will move. If not then you will need to install a new motor into it. If it does move you may have a electrical issue.

Either your headlight switch is bad or the motor that moves the light is. Check each one and see which is not working.

have a mechanic check and see if the units are vaccum powered or electric. also check the switch to see if it is working.

check to see if the headlights are vaccum or electric controlled. check to see if they are plugged to their proper power source. also, check the switches to see if they function.
