Use sand paper, sounds funky, but it works so good, and is cheaper than pumice. Then apply a heavy emollient, Burt's Bees makes a fabulous one.

Once a week, soak your feet in warm water with a bath oil for 20 minutes, and then use a pumice stone to buff away some of the calloused areas. Use a moisturizing lotion with aloe or another soothing ingredient every day -- it's easy to just slather it on right before bed.

The best way to cure skin problems on the feet is to use moisturizers. Apply Vaseline or petroleum jelly to the feet at night and cover your feet with socks. The heat generated by the socks will allow the Vaseline to penetrate the skin better. Avoid soaking feet in hot water when skin is peeling or cracked.

After bathing and at bedtime, apply a lotion that is high in both glycerin and mineral oil content to your feet. You may find it helpful to soak your feet in a warm mineral oil bath once a week. Simply mix mineral oil with warm water and soak your feet for approximately 10 minutes.
