If you used to work in water and your feet used to get rinse frequently means it could be the first and foremost reason for your feet peeling or else it could be due to some nutrition deficiency, better consult a skin doctor, it will give you a good solution..

Your foot could be peeling for a number of reasons. Extreme perspiration, fungal infections such as athlete's foot, skin disorders like Eczema and Psoriasis, overly dry skin, sunburn, Kawasaki disease, too much vitamin A, strong chemicals or soaps, too much moisture and peeling skin syndrome. Perhaps, with some evaluation of your situation and/or lifestyle, you can determine the cause.

The only reason that I can think of is that you might have ingested too much vitamin A - either in tablet form or by eating a large quantity of Liver. Too much Vitamin A causes the skin to slough off, particularly on the feet.

This is likely caused by a large amount of dead skin on your feet. If you wear enclosed shoes and socks all day, your skin does not "breathe" and the dead skin you generally shed has no where to go, and builds up until it begins to simply peel off like a sunburn.
