you need to go to a specilst who has the saab engine analiser or maybe your turbo isnt boosting as it should. it may turn out to be something very simple. However, to find out what went wrong a fault code will be stored in the car computer which can accessed via TECH 2.

Saab engines have a tendency to have a sludge build up over time, which can starve your engine of power. Be sure that the oil is clean and full, remove oil pan to inspect for sludge. A clogged catalytic converter will also cause back pressure which will cause power loss.
