A mild staph infection can be treated at home by keeping the area clean and apply an antibiotic ointment. A more severe infection would need to be seen by a doctor and you would likely get penicillin or a similar oral antibiotic for treatment. Healthy individuals usually recover quickly from a staph infection.

This is not something to mess around with. Go see your health provider. Be honest. They've heard it all. Ask 'what else could it be?' so that they check for other irritants. If medicine is prescribed, which is very likely, take all of it, on time, even if you start to feel better. You don't want this coming back again.

For this, you will need to see your doctor right away and get some pretty serious medications that will get rid of the infection. Don't put this off as it could result in some serious complications and even surgery if you do not act immediately to cure the recent problem.

The usual treatment is antibiotics. If this has reoccurred, review everything you come into contact with for treatment and sterilization, such as clothing, douche containers, and sexual partners.

You are going to need to see your doctor. Vaginal Staph Infections don't generally go away on their own. He will prescribe you with antibiotics.
