I would check to make sure that the guides for the trays are in the right position. Make sure everything is where it should be and then call a technician.

If the door is not closing properly then make sure that the tray is in the right position. If it's still not closing and you can't understand the problem you should call the repair guy to help you as it is a bit difficult. Are you putting more dishes than its capacity ?

Two options. Either you can call the repair guy or the other option is to tackle the latch with a screwdriver. Wiggle it, maybe the catch will become free.

One could try to use some WD40 on the door. If that does not work at all, you could try and take it apart.

Check and see if there is an obstruction preventing the latch from working. Food can get caught in there. If not, you'll need to replace the latch.
