Children cannot be left alone if their ages require supervision. There is no law about leaving kids at home, but there are laws with regard to child endangerment.

Tennessee states that the child's maturity and safety issues be kept in mind with the parent's best judgement. There is no minimum age, but be aware, the State of Tn is very particular about child safety, and has often taken it upon themselves, since there is no minimum age stated.
