B complex is a group of B vitamins, i.e. thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, pyridoxzine, folic acid, cyanocobalamin Excessive amounts of any of them can cause high or low blood pressure, insomnia, nausea, fatigue, headaches, itchy skin, dehydration, depression, joint pain, edema, numbness and/or tingling in fingers, kidney failure, anxiety, anemia, heart palpitations

While the many users of B complex sing its praises in alleviating a variety of conditions, harmful side effects of B complex have not been recorded.

Each B Vitamin in the Complex has a few different side effects. However, all share at least one or two of the same, which include nausea, fatigue, itching of skin, and headache.
