Other tests will ordered. If an ultrasound detected the mass, next, an CT scan will likely be ordered. Blood work and other diagnostics will be ordered. Depending on the patient's status and overall condition, medication might be started. There are a lot of factors and variables. Best to discuss this matter at length with the physician.

Typically the doctor need to find out if it is localized or has spread. This can be done via a CT scan of the abdomen and chest. If it is localized them may be able to resect it transurethraly or via an abdominal incision. Depending on the stage you may need chemo. Talk to your doctor about your case.

When a mass is found, the next step is to take a biopsy of the mass. A biopsy removes a small amount of cells for further testing.

The doctor may do a urine cytology, an x-ray of the upper urinary tract, or an IVP, intravenous pyelogram, to check for bladder cancer. The gold standard test, cystoscopy, allows for direct visualization of the entire bladder and tissue biopsy.

A biopsy is in order. This determines whether the mass is tumerous or infectous. Once this is determined either possibility will be further narrowed to form a more definte diagnosis.

Well if the doctor has a found a mass in your bladder, what you need to do is get surgery to remove the parts. Or what might be good is a cleanse or detoxification of your whole body. This will help take the mass out in no time and less a painful way.
