The Optic Jewel Glasses is worth over one million dollars and have over 200 crystals around the frame of the glasses. There are only a few that are made so these are hard to get.

The most expensive prescription glasses are those produced by the big name brands. Prada makes a pair of frames, so does Louis Vitton. I believe Versache might also have some out there.
