Laminate flooring is more durable than cork flooring. If laminate gets damaged, it is easier to replace the damaged piece, rather than the entire floor. Laminate flooring is floating and does not require the use of glue. Laminate floors also have a richer look and should increase the value of your home more than cork.

Laminate flooring is more durable the cork flooring. Cork flooring is a softer product and will dent eaiser then the laminate flooring. You also have more color options in the laminate flooring, and size options the laminate will mimic hardwood the cork will look like a flat sheet. The advantage to cork is it is a green product.

Cork flooring is more comfortable and absorbs sound better, meaning that it will be quieter. It is also more durable. The only advantage to laminate flooring is that it is substantially cheaper to buy and much easier to install.
