One idea I think is nice to see in a powder room is a decorative basket filled with finger tip towels, fancy soaps, hand lotions, and other company essentials.

Since a powder room in girlie, I would start with painting the walls a very pale pink. Next I would accessories with deeper shades of pink. Put lace on the towels. Have some decorative powder containers, hang pictures of old fashion button-up shoes.

Use lots of mirrors with varying shapes, colors and sizes. Put them on the walls, on the table and include a full-length one. Put out decorative soaps and lotions. Take pictures of your favorite lotion potion and makeup items in black and white. Frame them and use as decoration.
