People love to dress up no matter what age they are, so perhaps a theme party, like Old West or Sci-Fi. Or you could just book out a venue and hire a band or DJ, maybe have some silly games or trivia.

well it all depends on your personality. You could go dancing at an 18+ club with some friends, you could have a costume party at home, or maybe you could have a dinner party for 5-10 people, either at home or at a favorite eatery. The day should be all about you so think of things you know you'll enjoy.

Make it a game night theme. Set tables up for bingo, poker, and other fun card games. After dinner, play a murder mystery game and give out prizes to winner.

you could rent a house at the mountains and call all your friends there. it would be a lot of fun.
