some may say as 200 as normal level for men. some says that 1200 nanograms deciliters [ng/dl]normal for men. usally the testosterone level will be higher because it helps in deepening the male voice.

The normal testosterone levels can be determined by looking at one's energy level. In metric terms, it varies significantly based on gender. A male in his twenties can have up to twenty times of that of a woman's. For this reason, it is most important to look at the gender then apply the usual metric term.
