The normal hcg levels for 14 days post transfer in an IVF would be in the range of 3-426 miU/ML. Levels higher than expected ranges may be the result of multiples.

If you get 425 at 14 days, you have multiples. That is much higher than what anyone tells you is normal.  add a comment

From NYU Fertility Center: 14 days post transfer, they like to see between 50 - 100. That said, I had a 23 14 days post transfer that turned into a pregnancy - the embryo just had a late implantation.

I had 2 five day blastocyst transferred on 2/11/13.... My Dr ordered HCG 7 days later & my level was 19, he said it was good. 2 days later my HCG was 29 , he said some people don't don't double but that 29 was a good number  add a comment

After IVF, a normal hcg level can range from 17-119 mIU/ml. The main thing, is that this number is doubling every 24-48 hours, so multiple tests will be given.

There really isn't such a thing as normal HCG levels. Everyone's baseline HCG is usually different. Its not the number itself that matters but what happens in the coming days. In a healthy, singleton pregnancy, HCG usually doubles every two days or so. So, keep track of what happens and don't concentrate on the specific level.

14 days past an IVF transfer your HCG levels would be above 20 if you are in fact pregnant, if the pregnancy did not take for some reason then your levels would be below 20. Considering that you did take the HCG hormone to assist you in achieving pregnancy you can expect your levels to be on the higher level.

Dont care about HCG level or doubling, just note that it is rising steadily. Some times a sudden jump is also seen. So no need to worry
