Normally, ingrown bumps are cause by shaving. The freshly cut hair is irritated as it is cut
at skin level. At times, a hair will be trapped under the skin.
These are called folliculitus. It's very easy to cure, all you need to do is get some antibiotics. Meanwhile they are probably pretty itchy and maybe even a little sore.
