I wouldn't be to concerned but I would definetly bring this up to my doctor. Sometimes right side pain could be a sign of high blood pressure during pregnancy. It could also just be the way your baby is positioned.

Any pain that you do not know the cause of could be reason for concern. Most women experience a variety of pain relating to stretching muscles and/or ligaments when the body stretches to accomodate the growing baby. However, if you are concerned, or the pain is persistant, contact your OB/GYN.

Pregnancy naturally comes with a wealth of aches and pains to contend with. If it is dull and fleeting, then it's probably nothing worrisome. But if it is sharp, happens a lot, or lasts a long time, then you should definitely consult your doctor. It might not have to do with the baby, but you should still check it out.

Right side abdominal pain is most common among pregnant women. It is caused by strecthing of the round ligaments attached to the uterus.
