Should I be concerned about excessive spider webs on my evergreens?

My evergreens are covered with spider webs and nothing I do will get rid of them.

The spiders themselves aren't harmful to your trees. Check their webs, though, and see what they're catching and eating. They'll stick around as long as there's something for them to eat. If you can get rid of their prey, the spiders will leave.

Spiders in evergreens is common and they make very good homes for spiders. But really there's nothing to be concerned with unless the tree is close to your home and the spiders are entering your house. But you could spray some insect repellent on the tree and that should keep them away.

You can try spraying the evergreen with water and / or using a broom, and if that doesn't work you just might have to contact a pest control expert.

The spiders are merely looking for a home to live in. If you care about this tree being rid of spiders then I suggest some sort of "insect repeller. "
