If your dog is coughing up mucus it is time to see the vet. It's important to make sure that any antibiotics or other medicines suggested takes into account the pregnancy so that the fetuses are not impacted by it. For example Tetracyclines are not a good hcoice.

The dog may have an allergy. Since she is pregnant she should see a vet for treatment. The dog could also have a viral infection.

You should call the vet and see what they say because it is not normal for that to be happening at all.

You should take your dog to the vet. She should have a chest xray taken. It is possible she has pneumonia and it can be very serious. She may not be able to take drugs because of the puppies. She needs to be monitored so that she and the puppies can all recover and stay healthy.

She needs to go to a vet, but I can already guess what's wrong with her. Chances are she has a respiratory infection. Coughing or vomiting mucus is a symptom.
