Your cat is most likely more uncomfortable in this situation than you are, so a trip to the vet, as soon as possible, is in order. Respiratory infections in cats can quickly turn into a serious situation. A professional examination from a vet is needed to determine the proper course of treatment.

Your cat may have an upper respiratory illness, which cats are very prone too. This is often a condition cats acquire if you have multiple felines that live indoors, though single cats can acquire this. It is very infectious, and you need to have your cat seen by a vet. You can't treat your cat on your own.

It sounds like allergies to me. Seasonal allergies happen in cats just like humans. Take her to the Vet for medication.

She could have allergies or she could have developed a cold. You should take a warm wash cloth and wipe the drainage from the eyes.
