There are many alternatives to milk. Pediasure is a good one. It comes in a few flavors and kids usually love it. The off brand is a lot cheaper too. If you baby isn't allergic to soy you can give them soymilk. Some kids just don't like milk or are lactose intolerant.

Your baby should stay hydrated so make sure she/he is drinking 100% fruit juices and water. You should try different milk formulas and see which ones your baby likes better. Also mix different flavors such as strawberry in the milk and gradually take them off to natural milk.

Contact your physician. Depending on the age of the baby and other foods he may be taking in at this point, you and your doctor can decide what options would be most beneficial.

Soy formula may have to be substituted for milk. Juice may be acceptable as long as there are certain nutrients that are being supplied. If the baby is old enough other calcium supplies can be utilized that will suit the taste or tolerance of the baby. Calcium would be the main concern.
