There are many sites to measure mileage. Probably the most weel known is Mapquest. I would ecommend yahoo maps. It allows you to adjust the route and automatically adjust the mileage.
If you use an online map like google or map quest they will give you the driven mileage, as will most navigation systems. Some maps will also give the point to point distance in small numbers between cities.
