Is there a motor that runs on a vacuum?

no one has yet created a motor powered by a vacuum. it would be inefficient, as it would take more energy to create the vacuum in an enclosed space than the motor could produce. It would have to rely on enclosed spaces because an external vacuum, like in outer space, could only produce a one way outward force.

There are things that are called vacuum motors. They are frequently activated by a vacuum source. A vacuum motor is often found in automotive applications.

Yes; There are motors driven by a vacuum, mostly automotive. For instance, early Jeep CJ-5 windshield wipers run off a vacuum line driven by a combination fuel pump-vacuum pump.
