Is puffins cereal healthy?

I am going on a cereal diet, and am eating cereal for 2 meals a day.

Puffins cereal looks like some competing cereals,but does not have the same added ingredients.It is low in sugar and contains no trans-fats or high-fructose corn syrup,and also has no artificial colors.This makes it healthy to consume.

Puffins cereals are gluten-free; some types have some whole grain. All have sugar and refined starches. An all-cereal diet is low in vitamins, protein, and fiber: not so healthy.

Puffins cereal is reasonably healthy. Most cereals are fortified with vitamins and minerals and contain a healthy amount of fiber. However, eating cereal for 2 meals a day is not the foundation of a healthy diet, because you will be lacking the nutrients you can only get from fruits, vegetables and proteins.

Yes, as long as you eat in moderation. The cereal seems to have complex carbohydrates and plenty of essential vitamins and nutrients, but with any cereals lack of protein may make you feel hungry later. In addition, eating copious amounts of this cereal will still result in weight gain because it's about calories consumed, ultimately.
