Coconut oil is known for healing qualities and penetrates the skin pretty quickly. It is a heavy oil that smothers scabies in three to four hours when applies to the bites.

Yes, coconut oil is good for scabies. You can dry coconut at your home, dry it and make coconut oil from a mill. Another best thing is, grind coconut, squeeze and take coconut milk. Boil it for few minutes till the water content is lost. This is best for scabies.

Applying the coconut oil will never yield result for scabies. The oil has to be mixed with neam leaf extraction would ease the infection to a certain extent.
