In Utah, are two license plates required?

According to the Utah Department of Public Safety: "Utah law requires that every vehicle registered in Utah, other than a motorcycle, trailer, or semitrailer, must have a license plate securely attached to the front and rear of the vehicle."

Utah does require a front and back plate on all cars and trucks, motorcycles must have one. Dealers offer a kit, if the car doesn't have a front mount.
