If I run my sprinkler for two hours, how many gallons of water did I use?

In order to calculate how much water you used you need to know the flow rate coming out of the sprinkler. The rate depends on water pressure and size of hose leading to the sprinkler head. You need more data to figure this.

There's no way to tell, because it depends entirely on your water pressure and the water dispersed by the sprinkler, both of which have no globally consistent value.
