If I can my jalapenos and banana peppers, will they still be crunchy?

I believe it depends on the recipe you use-they can sometimes end up soft. You will need to make sure you don't let them sit around for a long time in the jar (use them quickly), use the freshest jalapenos and peppers you can find.

They won't be as crunchy as fresh peppers, but they will still retain some crunch. The longer they are left in the jar the less crunchy they will be.
