Dermabraision is very effective according to user testimonials, however there are dangers to the treatment. There has not been long term data also on this product so long term health effects are not yet known. The FDA has said this product is safe for use but look into possible side effects with your doctor before treatment.

The danger would be determined by your individual skin type and if you are sensitive to extreme treatments. In most cases it is very good to remove dead skin and refresh the face.
