Are squirrel droppings dangerous?

I hate having to clean them up from around my backyard.

Well it may not be pristine yard decor, squirrel droppings are not dangerous. Unlike bird droppings, it does not carry the potential for disease.

Well, any waste isn't sanitary and it does attract other squirrels! It's more of a problem in an attic. If you don't want to do it, call a professional service. And if you do it yourself, use gloves and spray your shoes with Lysol after. A face mask is also helpful.

No they aren't, in fact, they should actually help your yard. This is because the poop has nitrogen-rich elements in it, and plants thrive on that. In fact, cow poop is what farmers use to fertilize your fruits and veggies.

Not at all.Any blue cross member would give detail answer for your query.The droppings will definitely contain seeds which in turn will grow into a tree or a herb to give us healthy food or medicine.They are harmless herbivore animals.How can they cause danger to us.They are friendly to us.So don't worry.
